SAT ALIA, EuroVértice and the University of Applied Sciences Laurea hold a work session to define the activities of the pilot that ALIA will develop within the framework of the European project CIRC4Life.
SAT ALIA, a Lorca company dedicated to the manufacture of livestock feed in Lorca, has relied on EuroVértice to advise on the adaptation of its production model to a model based on the circular economy, within the framework of the CIRC4Life project, allowing the company to develop its products in the most sustainable way possible.
EuroVértice collaborates with ALIA in the application of the business models of co-creation of products, collaborative recycling and sustainable consumption to the value chain of the pig sector, demonstrating that the business models based on the Circular Economy proposed in the CIRC4Life project are viable with the same principles in any sector of activity.
ALIA y EuroVértice incorporarán a la acción piloto varias actividades de innovación participativa basadas en la técnica de Living Lab (especialidad de Laurea). In the coming months, in these activities, they will seek the help of consumers and different agents involved in the value chain of meat production to find innovative and sustainable solutions for ALIA’s production processes.
CIRC4Life is a European project funded by the Horizon 2020 programme involving 17 partners from a total of 8 countries and a budget of more than 7 million euros.
